The number of agricultural land in Shenzhen is limited, and Guangming District accounts for the largest proportion. How to better build Shenzhen's valuable agricultural land? Ma Qingcheng brought his own insights.
First, improve the management attributes of the land industry sector. Guangming District is developing into a "four chain integration" development model area of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, which is pushing the window to see agriculture and stepping into the landscape. "To build agricultural land into a natural complex integrating scientific and technological agriculture, popular science agriculture and leisure tourism, we need to clarify the nature of land. By promoting the layout of agricultural industry, we can revitalize the land value of Guangming District." Ma Qingcheng hopes to form a composite industrial cluster integrating scientific and technological agriculture, forestry economy, popular science education and other primary, secondary and tertiary industries.
The second is to plan bright agricultural land with high quality and high standards, so as to use farmland at a high level and efficiently. According to policies, planning and reasonable layout on basic farmland are in line with the construction indicators of high-tech planting greenhouses for the development of facility agriculture, and high-quality ecological agricultural products are produced.
The third is the scientific ecological construction of agricultural land infrastructure and public service facilities. Ma Qingcheng hopes that the government will consider supporting industrial land, spot land supply and other policies, scientifically plan agricultural land and forestry land, build agricultural science popularization, labor education and other supporting practice and education bases, and let Guangming District shine a bright card of "green" and "science and technology".
